🥘 Ingredients

  • 500gMutton Boti
  • 1/2 cupChana Dal
  • Cloves, Cardamom, PeppercornsWhole Spices

Pressure cook meat, dal, and whole spices together until water evaporates.

Grind the mix into a very fine, fibrous paste. Do not use a blender if possible; use a stone grinder (sil-batta).

Shape into patties and shallow fry until brown.
