🥘 Ingredients
- 500gMinced Mutton (Keema)
- 2 tbsp (tenderizer)Raw Papaya Paste
- 4 tbspGhee
- 2 tbspRoasted Gram Flour
- 1 tspPotli Masala
- 1 tspRose Water
👨🍳 Instructions

Marinate minced mutton with papaya paste and salt for 4 hours.

Mix in roasted gram flour and the special spice blend (Potli Masala).

Add rose water and knead well to a smooth, sticky texture.

Smoke the mixture using a live charcoal and ghee (Dhungar method).

Shape into flat round patties.

Pan fry on low heat in ghee until browned and meltingly soft.
