  • 1.5 cupsRice Flour
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tspRed Chili Powder
  • 1 tspGinger-Garlic Paste
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededWater

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mix rice flour, spices, ginger-garlic paste, and salt in a bowl.

Gradually add water and knead into a soft, non-sticky dough.

Take small portions of dough and shape them into cylindrical rolls using your fist (Mutthi).

Arrange the muthias in a steamer basket.

Steam for 15-20 minutes until firm and cooked through.

Serve warm with spicy dips or chutneys.
