Delhi Momos Secret: That Spicy Red Chutney Recipe

🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 cupMaida
  • Cabbage, Carrot, Onion (finely chopped)Vegetables
  • 10 (for chutney)Dry Red Chilies
  • 10 clovesGarlic

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1 (Dough): Make a very stiff dough with maida and water.

Step 2 (Filling): Sauté chopped veggies on high heat for just 2 minutes with soy sauce and pepper.

Step 3 (Shaping): Roll out very thin discs, stuff, and pleat into momos.

Step 4 (Steaming): Steam for 10 minutes until the skin is translucent.

Step 5 (The Chutney): Boil red chilies and tomatoes. Grind with lots of garlic and salt.

Step 6 (Serving): Serve piping hot with the spicy chutney and mayonnaise.
