Crispiest Delhi Aloo Tikki: Better than Bittu Tikka Wala

🥘 Ingredients

  • 4Potatoes (Boiled & Grated)
  • 3 tbspCornflour
  • 1/2 cup for stuffingChana Dal (Soaked & Sautéed)
  • for toppingSweet Tamarind Chutney
  • for toppingSpicy Mint Chutney

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mix grated potatoes with cornflour and salt. Do not over-knead.

Stuff with spiced chana dal and flatten into patties.

Shallow fry on a flat tawa with plenty of oil until deep golden and crunchy.

Serve with whisked curd, chutneys, and pomegranate seeds.
