  • 1 literFull Cream Milk
  • 1/2 cupCream
  • for dustingBura (Powdered Sugar)
  • for colorSaffron

Step 1 (Chilling): Mix milk and cream. Chill it in the fridge overnight.

Step 2 (Whisking): Whisk the cold milk vigorously (traditionally by hand) until a thick foam forms on top.

Step 3 (Collecting): Remove the foam and place it in a bowl. Repeat until all milk is used.

Step 4 (Finishing): Dust with bura sugar, saffron water, and nuts.
