  • 1 cupRice
  • 1/2 cupCurd
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1/2 tspCardamom Powder
  • for deep fryingGhee or Oil

Ferment a mixture of rice and curd for 4-6 hours.

Shape into small balls and deep-fry until golden.

Soak the fried balls in warm cardamom-flavored sugar syrup.
