  • 2 cupsRice Flour
  • as neededWater
  • to tasteSalt
  • for fryingOil
  • 2 (optional)Green Chilies

In a bowl, mix rice flour, water, and salt into a smooth, thin batter.

Heat a flat griddle (tawa) and grease it lightly with oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake.

Drizzle a little oil around the edges and cook on medium heat until golden brown.

Flip and cook the other side for a minute.

Enjoy with green chili and tomato chutney.
