Chainsoo: The Black Gram Magic

🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 cupBlack Gram (Urad Dal)
  • 1 tbspGarlic & Ginger
  • 2 tbspMustard Oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Dry roast the dal and grind to a coarse powder.

Sauté in mustard oil with spices, add water and simmer until it reaches a gravy consistency.
