Restaurant Style Pav Bhaji: Why Your Homemade Version Fails

🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiledMixed Veggies
  • 100gButter
  • 3 tbspPav Bhaji Masala

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mash boiled veggies. Sauté onions, ginger-garlic, and capsicum in lots of butter.

Add tomato puree and masala. Cook until oil separates. Mash everything together.

Serve with butter-toasted pav and lemon.
