Pav Bhaji

🥘 Ingredients

  • Potatoes, Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots (boiled)Mixed Vegetables
  • 8Pav Buns
  • 100gButter
  • 2 finely choppedOnions
  • 1 finely choppedCapsicum
  • 4 finely choppedTomatoes
  • 2 tbspPav Bhaji Masala

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Boil and mash the vegetables thoroughly.

Heat butter on a large tawa/pan. Sauté onions and capsicum.

Add tomatoes and cook until mushy. Add pav bhaji masala and salt.

Add the mashed veggies and a little water. Mash and cook for 10-15 mins.

Add a dollop of butter and coriander leaves.

Slice pav buns, toast with butter on the pan, and serve with the bhaji.
