Pav Bhaji

🥘 Ingredients
- Potatoes, Cauliflower, Peas, Carrots (boiled)Mixed Vegetables
- 8Pav Buns
- 100gButter
- 2 finely choppedOnions
- 1 finely choppedCapsicum
- 4 finely choppedTomatoes
- 2 tbspPav Bhaji Masala
👨🍳 Instructions

Boil and mash the vegetables thoroughly.

Heat butter on a large tawa/pan. Sauté onions and capsicum.

Add tomatoes and cook until mushy. Add pav bhaji masala and salt.

Add the mashed veggies and a little water. Mash and cook for 10-15 mins.

Add a dollop of butter and coriander leaves.

Slice pav buns, toast with butter on the pan, and serve with the bhaji.
