🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 cupsMaida (All Purpose Flour)
  • 1 cupMinced Meat/Cabbage
  • 1 finely choppedOnions
  • 1 tbsp mincedGinger & Garlic
  • 1 tspSoy Sauce
  • 1 tbspOil/Butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Dough: Mix flour and water to make a firm dough. Rest for 30 mins.

Filling: Mix minced meat/veg with onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and oil.

Roll out small, thin circles of dough.

Place a spoonful of filling in the center.

Pleat the edges together to seal the momo.

Steam for 10-12 minutes until the skin looks translucent.
