🥘 Ingredients
- 2 whole, cleanedFresh Trout Fish
- 2 tbspLemon Juice
- 1 tbspGarlic Paste
- 1 tspMustard Powder
- for pan searingButter/Oil
👨🍳 Instructions
Step 1 (Marination): Marinate the fish with lemon juice, garlic paste, mustard powder, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
Step 2 (Searing): Heat butter in a flat non-stick pan. Place the fish gently.
Step 3 (Cooking): Sear for 5-6 minutes on each side on medium heat until the skin is crispy and the flesh is flaky.
Step 4 (Serving): Serve hot with a side of boiled potatoes and a wedge of lemon.
