Chamba Madra: Chickpeas in Creamy Yogurt

  • 1 cupKabuli Chana
  • 2 cupsYogurt
  • 3 tbspGhee

Boil chickpeas. Heat ghee, add whole spices and then yogurt slowly.

Cook yogurt until it reduces and starts leaving oil. Add chickpeas and simmer.
