🥘 Ingredients
- 2 CupsSour Yogurt or Buttermilk (Mahi)
- 1 Cup + 2 tbspBesan (Gram Flour)
- ½ tspFenugreek Seeds (Methi)
- 5-6 ClovesGarlic (Crushed)
- 1 SprigCurry Leaves
- ½ tspTurmeric Powder
👨🍳 Instructions

Whisk yogurt, 2 tbsp besan, turmeric, and water into a smooth, lump-free liquid.

Heat oil; splutter fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, crushed garlic, and dry red chilies.

Pour the yogurt mixture into the tempering and bring it to a vigorous rolling boil.

Mix 1 cup besan with a little water, turmeric, and salt to create a thick, dropping-consistency batter.

Drop small portions of raw batter into the boiling gravy; do not stir until they float to the top.

Add salt, simmer for 10 minutes until the gravy thickens, garnish with coriander, and serve.
