  • 2 cupsWheat Flour
  • 1/2 cupUrad Dal (Soaked)
  • 4Potatoes
  • 1 tspHeeng (Asafoetida)
  • 1 tspPanch Phoron

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Make a coarse paste of urad dal with ginger and chilies. Mix into the flour with spices and knead.

Sabzi: Cook potatoes in a thin gravy flavored heavily with heeng and black pepper.
