🥘 Ingredients

  • 1 packet boiledNoodles
  • 4 cupsChicken/Vegetable Broth
  • Carrot, Cabbage, BeansMixed Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup shreddedChicken (optional)
  • 1 tbsp mincedGinger & Garlic
  • 1 tspSoy Sauce

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Heat a little oil, sauté ginger and garlic.

Add chopped vegetables (and chicken) and stir-fry for 2 mins.

Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 mins.

Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Divide boiled noodles into bowls.

Ladle the hot soup and veggies over the noodles. Garnish with spring onions.
