- 500g cubesSmoked Pork
- 1 cupFermented Bamboo Shoots
- 1-2Raja Mircha (Ghost Pepper)
- crushedGinger & Garlic
- 1 choppedTomato
👨🍳 Instructions

Wash the smoked pork thoroughly with warm water.

Pressure cook pork with a little water and salt until tender (3-4 whistles).

In a pan, add the cooked pork along with its stock.

Add bamboo shoots, crushed ginger-garlic, tomato, and raja mircha.

Cook on medium heat until the gravy thickens and flavors meld (approx. 15-20 mins).

Serve hot with steamed rice.
