Sheer Chai: The Pink Salty Tea

  • 2 tspKashmiri Tea Leaves
  • a pinchBaking Soda
  • 1/2 tspSalt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Boil tea leaves with baking soda until the color darkens. Add cold water and "shock" the tea. Add milk and salt.
