🥘 Ingredients

  • 2 cupsRice Flour
  • 1/4 cup roastedPeanuts
  • 2 tbsp soakedChana Dal
  • 1 tbspSesame Seeds
  • 2 mincedGreen Chilies
  • 1/4 cupSpring Onions

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Mix rice flour with peanuts, soaked chana dal, sesame seeds, chilies, onions, and salt.

Add warm water gradually to make a soft dough (not sticky).

Take a portion and press it flat directly into a greased heavy-bottomed pan (kadai).

Make holes in the flattened dough with your finger and drizzle oil in them.

Cover and cook on medium flame until the bottom is crisp and golden.

Serve hot with pickle or butter.
