Poha Jalebi

🥘 Ingredients
- 2 cupsThick Poha (Flattened Rice)
- 2 finely choppedOnions
- 2-3Green Chilies
- 1 tsp eachMustard Seeds & Fennel
- 1/2 tspTurmeric
- store bought/homemadeJalebi
👨🍳 Instructions

Rinse poha gently in a colander and let it sit (do not soak).

Heat oil, crackle mustard and fennel seeds.

Sauté onions and chilies until translucent. Add turmeric and salt.

Add the moist poha and toss gently to mix. Steam covered for 2 mins.

Garnish with coriander, sev, and a squeeze of lemon.

Serve hot with crispy sweet Jalebis.
