Mus Kavaab

🥘 Ingredients

  • 500g cubesTuna Fish (Boneless)
  • 1 cupGrated Coconut
  • 2 tbspCoriander Powder
  • 1 tbspChili Powder
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric
  • 2 finely choppedOnions
  • 2 sprigsCurry Leaves

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Make a paste of grated coconut, coriander powder, chili powder, and turmeric.

Marinate the tuna cubes with half of this paste and salt for 30 mins.

Heat oil, sauté onions and curry leaves until golden.

Add the remaining spice paste and cook until raw smell goes.

Add the marinated fish and a little water.

Cover and cook on low heat until the gravy is thick and oil separates.
