- Beans, Potatoes, TomatoMixed Vegetables
- 5-6 (spicy)Green Chilies

- 2 cupsWater

Wash the Berma fish gently.

Boil water in a pot. Add the Berma, chopped vegetables, and slit green chilies.

Cover and cook until vegetables are tender.

Mash the chilies into the broth for heat.

Serve hot with plain rice. (No oil is used in this dish).
