Hara Dhania Choliya: Green Chickpea Delight

🥘 Ingredients

  • 1.5 cupsFresh Green Choliya (Chickpeas)
  • 2 cupsCoriander Leaves
  • 1 tbspGinger-Garlic Paste
  • 2 tbspMustard Oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1 (Green Paste): Grind coriander leaves, green chilies, and a few mint leaves into a smooth green paste.

Step 2 (Sautéing): Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute.

Step 3 (Choliya): Add the green chickpeas and sauté for 5 minutes.

Step 4 (Cooking): Add the green paste and a little water. Add salt.

Step 5 (Simmering): Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes until the chickpeas are soft and the gravy is fragrant.

Step 6 (Serving): Serve with hot parathas or rice.
