Nihari Secret: The Overnight Slow-Cooked Masterpiece

🥘 Ingredients

  • 1kgMutton Shank (Nalli)
  • 3 tbspNihari Masala
  • 1/2 cupWheat Flour (Atta)
  • 1 cupGhee
  • for garnishGinger Juliennes

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Sauté meat in ghee with Nihari masala until browned.

Add water and slow cook for 5-6 hours (or pressure cook for 1 hour) until meat is tender.

Dissolve wheat flour in water and stir into the gravy to thicken.

Add the "Tari" (spiced oil) on top before serving with Khameeri Roti.
