Crab Curry

🥘 Ingredients

  • 4 medium, cleanedCrabs
  • 2 choppedOnions
  • 2 choppedTomatoes
  • 1 tbspGarlic Ginger Paste
  • 2 tbspMalvani/Garam Masala
  • 1/2 cup (optional)Coconut Paste

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Clean crabs thoroughly and break the claws slightly.

Heat oil, sauté onions and ginger-garlic paste until golden.

Add tomatoes and cook until soft. Add masala powders.

Toss in the crabs and coat with the masala.

Add water (and coconut paste if using) and cover.

Cook for 15-20 minutes until the shells turn orange/red.
