  • 1 cupSour Yogurt
  • 2 tbspBesan
  • 4 eachWhole Spices (Cloves, Peppercorns)

Whisk yogurt and besan with water. Cook until thickened.

The secret is the tempering: Use ghee, cloves, dried red chilies, and a lot of ginger.
