Papad ki Sabzi: The 5-Minute Emergency Meal

🥘 Ingredients

  • 3-4Roasted Papad
  • 1/2 cupYogurt
  • 1 tspCumin & Mustard Seeds

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Whisk yogurt with spices. Temper with cumin and red chilies.

Add water and bring to a boil. Break roasted papads into pieces and add to the gravy.

Switch off heat immediately. Serve with Bajra Roti.
