Goan Fish Curry

🥘 Ingredients
- 4 slicesKingfish/Pomfret
- 1 cup gratedFresh Coconut
- 5-6 driedKashmiri Red Chilies
- 1 tbspCoriander Seeds
- 1 small ballTamarind
- 3-4 petalsKokum
- 2 slitGreen Chilies
👨🍳 Instructions
Grind coconut, dried chilies, coriander seeds, turmeric, and tamarind into a fine paste.
Heat a little oil in a pot, add the ground masala paste and sauté for 2 mins.
Add water to adjust consistency and bring to a boil.
Add the fish slices, slit green chilies, and kokum petals.
Simmer gently for 5-7 minutes until fish is cooked. Do not stir vigorously.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
